These terms of use govern access to and use of the neuron.mg website. By browsing the site, you accept these terms without reservation.

The site is available free of charge, 24/7, except during maintenance or in cases of force majeure. Neuron cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability.

All elements of the site (text, logo, visual identity, illustrations, animations and source code) are the exclusive property of Neuron unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Client logos remain the property of their respective owners. Some photographs come from the Unsplash image library and are used in accordance with its licence.

By using the contact form, you agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• not send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited promotional content;
• not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site.

Sending a message creates no contractual commitment. Any service is subject to a separate written proposal.

The site presents our services for information purposes. Each engagement is covered by a separate quote or contract setting out its scope, timeline, price and ownership of deliverables.

Data entrusted to us by our clients remains their property. How it is handled (confidentiality, security, use for AI, return and deletion at the end of the engagement) is described in our privacy policy and specified in the data processing agreement signed for each project.

Neuron strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions. Information on the site is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Neuron has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

These terms are governed by Malagasy law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Fianarantsoa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
